Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must be made within 14 working days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, fitness wear, underwear, and sale/discounted items are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same product in a different size or color, subject to stock availability. Please contact us before returning an item to confirm availability.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. In cases of defective or incorrect items, FITCRAVE will cover the return shipping cost.
